Product Returns

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.

Products considered for return should:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Remain free from stains, chips, cracks, or scratches.
• Include original packaging and included components when applicable.
• Be accompanied by the applicable order information.

Products Excluded From Returns

Returns may not be accepted for personalized products, final-sale merchandise, used items, or products damaged as a result of improper handling after delivery.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
